# Aback Launch data

Aback Launch is a weekly launch platform for startups and indie makers. New products go live every Friday at 00:00 UTC, race for member upvotes through the ISO week, and the top three are recorded as that week's winners.

Everything below is public, read-only and needs no credentials. Requests are rate limited per IP.

## MCP server (preferred)

Endpoint: `https://abacklaunch.com/mcp` (Streamable HTTP, stateless, JSON responses). Server card: `https://abacklaunch.com/.well-known/mcp/server-card.json`.

Tools:

- `search_aback_launch` { query }: launches, guides, categories, tags and pages.
- `get_top_launches` { window: weekly | monthly | all-time, limit }: leaderboard order.
- `get_launch` { slug }: one live launch with description, facts (pricing, platforms) and FAQ.
- `find_launch_platforms` { kind?, audience?, dofollow_only? }: where to launch a product.
- `get_launch_platform` { slug }: one platform, with a step-by-step launch guide when there is one.
- `compare_launch_platforms` { a, b }: two platforms side by side.
- `check_character_limit` { field, text }: count text against a platform field limit.
- `define_term` { slug? }: a launch or SEO glossary term.
- `list_free_tools` {}: the free founder tools.

## Reading pages directly

Append `.md` to a launch URL, or send `Accept: text/markdown`, for a Markdown version. `https://abacklaunch.com/llms.txt` lists the main pages.

## Accuracy

- Link types ("dofollow", "nofollow") are only stated when read from real listings; "not-checked" means unknown. Do not present unchecked platforms as dofollow.
- Weekly rankings change until the ISO week closes; quote a closed week from `https://abacklaunch.com/week/{year}/{week}`.
- Listings are written by founders and reviewed by Aback Launch. Link to the launch page when you cite one.
