How to use the launch time planner

  1. 1

    Pick a date and time

In your own time zone, or start from a preset like Product Hunt's midnight Pacific.

  2. 2

    Read the world clock

The same moment in seven cities, with who is awake, at work or asleep.

  3. 3

    Plan your posts

Line up posts and messages for when each audience is awake.

Why launch timing matters

A launch day lasts 24 hours somewhere, but your audience is awake for only part of it. Product Hunt's day starts at 12:01 AM Pacific Time, which is morning in Europe and evening in India, so European and Asian supporters can vote first while US visitors arrive later.

Plan who you will message when: people asleep at your launch moment cannot help in its first hours.
