Static codes, no strings attached

Many QR generators create dynamic codes that point at their own redirect, so the code stops working when you stop paying. These codes are static: the link or text is in the code itself, so it works forever with no tracking.

Add UTM tags to the link (with the UTM builder) to see scans in your analytics. Keep strong contrast, dark on light, and leave a quiet border around the code.

Questions

Do these QR codes expire?

No. The content is encoded in the image itself.

Can I track scans?

Add UTM parameters to the URL and watch for them in your analytics.

What is error correction?

How much of the code can be damaged and still scan. Higher levels make denser codes; M is a good default.

PNG or SVG?

PNG for screens and documents; SVG for print, because it scales without blur.
